The men who delivered the appliance were friendly and helpful but I do have one complaint and that is that I’ve been charged for recycling twice. I changed my order to a different model because I was told that the one I had originally ordered was not integrated and I needed one that was. I appreciate that for them it was a wasted journey, but still it’s disappointing to pay twice for a service that I’ll only need once.

We bought a new range cooker. Two days later we had our cooker delivered and installed.
Friendly delivery and installation teams who arrived almost at the same time. All fitted and working with the minimum of fuss.
